TBWA announced today that it has acquired Magnon Group, an India digital agency. The acquisition includes Magnon Solutions, a digital agency, and Magnon International, a digital outsourcing agency that serves clients across five continents. Founded in 2000 by Vineet Bajpai, Magnon employs nearly 150 professionals between Mumbai and New Delhi. Magnon offers clients the full spectrum of digital services, including graphic design for web and mobile; digital marketing; search and social media optimization; bespoke technology applications development; online brand strategy consulting; eCommerce solutions; and mobile sites and apps development. 

Benir e-Store Solutions Signs Strategic Partnership With Lyreco

Benir e-Store Solutions, a leading Bangalore-based B2B office supplies company, has entered into a strategic alliance with Lyreco, a global distributor of office supplies with headquarters in France. Founded 10 years ago by Mr. Hirji Narayan Patel, Benir e-Store Solutions employs 120 people and has an annual sales turnover of over Rs. 370 million. Times Internet Forms a Partnership With Gawker Media to Drive Gizmodo & Lifehacker in India

Times Internet (TIL), the digital arm of the Times Group, has entered into a partnership with Gawker Media, an American online media company that has eight websites with over 40 million UV's worldwide. Via this partnership, Times Internet will manage and drive local Indian destinations for Gizmodo.com and Lifehacker.com, Gawker Media's leading technology sites. As part of the collaboration, Times Internet will have exclusive rights to the Brand; monetization, content, syndication and sub-licensing of Gizmodo.com and Lifehacker.com within India. TIL intends to use The Times Group's multimedia resources to help develop the brand locally. Times Internet is an Indian digital network in India, with over 30 million unique visitors per month.
